Courtney C. Mick, LCSW

I am Courtney: Black Woman. Jamaican-American. Mom. Social Worker. Therapist. Educator. Daughter. Friend. As you can see, the list is endless. There are many hats worn and multiple roles filled, but the priority of all of that is me. It took a while to figure that out—take care of you first to be able to care for others, but I did and now I am here to teach you how to do the same.

I am a New Jersey based, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Black Women’s Wellness Co.™ and Courtney Chanel LLC. I focus my time and energy on promoting the mental health and wellness education of Black Millennials, students and their families. It drives the work that I do to be able to connect with our community and support our healing.

It is my belief that if millennials understand mental health and wellness, then we can bridge the gap between generations.

Olivia Yearns, LCSW

Hi! I am Olivia Yearns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey.

I have over 20 years working with individuals and families in the child welfare system. I graduated with Honors from Rutgers University. I am a lifelong learner and see the benefits in my therapy sessions from continued education through trainings, reading, and keeping up with the latest research. I enjoy hearing how well my clients are doing and seeing their progress in treatment.

I understand the plight of a mom, a caregiver, and a woman trying to manage it all and find time for yourself and not feel guilty about it. This can lead to feeling burnt out, anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed.

I will support you in exploring your history and uncovering patterns that no longer serve you. I will provide you with tools and techniques so that you can reach your potential and ultimately stop coming to therapy. My hope in our work together in session and your practice outside of session; you will begin to feel more in control over your life, your emotions, and your happiness.

From my years of experience, I know you have the ability to make big changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, explore what is getting in your way and figure out what to do next, then I can help you recharge and find a balance; whether you’ve lost it or don’t feel like you’ve ever had it.

I am so glad you are here.

“Never assume that you’re stuck with the way things are. Life changes every single moment and SO CAN YOU.”

Robyn V. White, LCSW

Robyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience.  She has worked extensively with a diverse population in a variety of settings. Mostly, her work has been with adolescents, women, and families in schools,  outpatient programs, and intensive in-home settings.   Robyn strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment  where you will learn to utilize skills, determine strengths, and establish and complete goals as you move toward becoming your best self.

Some treatment approaches Robyn utilizes are Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy.  She believes therapy is an interactive process, and sees clients as the experts in their lives and meets them where they are. She wants her clients to feel that what they are sharing is important and that their words are heard. Many clients struggle with trust, so she wants them to know that they can depend on her to be genuine and honest. Through the therapy process and the building of the therapeutic relationship, clients can access their inner strengths to grow into the person they are meant to be.
